USE
Apply onto your eyelids, using your fingers or the applicator. Wet application (with just a droplet of water): to highlight a color and to make it more intense; great for evening make-up, improves the fixation of your eyeshadow; the eyeshadow can also be easily applied as an eyeliner. Dry application: to achieve a subtle color; suitable for everyday make-up.
